What happens after I receive the review?

You will have the option to send our request for amendments to the seller's representative. If, after they have responded, you elect to proceed with the purchase then we can help you proceed to an exchange of Contracts. Exchange is the process where you pay your deposit and your signed copy of the Contract is swapped with the vendor signed copy to form a binding agreement.
